Politician-cum-businessman Kenny Kunene and his lovely wife Whitney are expecting their third child, Africa News Global can exclusively reveal.
The baby expected in October is the couple’s third since their traditional wedding in 2017. In the same year, the couple welcomed Baby Remo, their first child together in May 2017. This was followed by the birth of baby girl Reemona in January 2019. The yet-to-be-born baby will be Kunene’s sixth child, with the other three, firstborn Mpho from another relationship and Thato and Mosa from his late ex-wife.
Kunene, who is also the deputy president of the Patriotic Alliance (PA), a political party led by his friend and business partner Gayton McKenzie, revealed that the baby will be born in October. “We accept this God’s blessing which will further strengthen our commitment to each other and our family. It’s a blessing we don’t take for granted at all and we want to thank God and our ancestors for continuously being on our side.”
Kunene added: “I thank God and my ancestors for the gift he has given me in my lovely, beautiful, and caring wife, Maremo, who has been the glue that has never failed in keeping our big family together,” said the businessman. An elated Whitney said: “I’m so excited. I want to thank God for being with us and for all his blessings. I also want to thank my husband who is indeed a special father to our children and an amazing husband to me.
