Deputy President Paul Mashatile on Monday addressed community members who were affected by the Jagersfontein Development Project Dam collapse.
Mashatile also had the opportunity to witness the first phase of the housing project development as part human settlement for the displaced families.
The project for rehabilitation is led by the Jagersfontein Development Project and include provisions of housing which is intended to be completed within the next six(6) months.
Mashatile also met with the local business partners in the context of strengthening economic initiatives in various sectors such as agriculture and mining.
