Reality TV star and Kanye West’s ex-wife Kim Kardashian turned heads as she hosted Saturday Night Live (SNL).
SNL is a comedy show which has been running for 47 seasons since 1975. On Saturday, 9 October, Kardashian was the celebrity guest host, and the 40-year-old had viewers eating out the palm of her hands. She also looked stylish in a hot pink velvet full-body catsuit by Balenciaga.
The Skims Founder didn’t hold back on her personal life and delivered some stingy jokes about her famous family, poked fun of her marriage to Kanye West and even O.J Simpson.
“I’m excited to be here tonight to show you guys that I’m much more than just a pretty face with good hair, great make-up, and a perfect butt,” she said.
“I’m just so much more than that reference photo my sisters showed their plastic surgeon. The one thing I’m proud of is that no one can ever call me a gold digger. Honestly, I’m not even sure how you become one, so I asked my mom’s boyfriend, Corey Gamble”.

The reality star also made mention of her family’s three failed attempts to run in politics.
Page Six revealed that Kanye was helped the reality star with the show. He was responsible for the opening monologue. She also took a swipe at her marriage to the rapper.
“I married the best rapper of all time. Not only that, he’s the richest Black man in America, a talented legit genius who gave me four incredible kids. So when I divorced him, you know it came down to just one thing – his personality. I know it sounds mean, but people keep telling me that comedy comes from the truth, and if there’s one thing I always strive to be is genuine.”
ET online reported that the Kardashians friends and family knew she’d be a hit.
“She is so smart and such a professional. She really wants to do the best job possible and wow everyone and make them laugh. Kim is hilarious, and all her close friends and family know that.”
